Job Description
A small, welcoming school in between Malton and York are looking for a friendly and capable part-time Administrator to join their team for a maternity cover position.
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, supporting both admin tasks and pupil supervision throughout the school day.
This is a lovely opportunity to work in a warm, community-focused setting where no two days are quite the same.
Some of the Administrator duties are:
Answering incoming calls, assisting with queries, and taking messages
Welcoming parents and visitors to the school
Managing the school email inbox and responding to enquiries
Coordinating daily dinner numbers and sending them to the canteen
Supporting the morning routine by supervising children, making toast, helping with breakfast setup, and cleaning tables afterwardsTo be considered for this role you must have experience working within a School Admin or Receptionist role and have an enhanced DBS on the update service. This will be working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings, earning a salary of £12.60 per hour.
