Active Recruitment are a specialist Education Employment agency, currently working with a fantastic mainstream secondary school in Havering who are seeking an experienced Attendance Officer who has experience working in a school office (both front and back of house) and has a good understanding of SIMS. This is a vital role that helps ensure every student receives the full benefit of their education by promoting and monitoring good attendance across the school.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Attendance Officer:

Monitor daily student attendance records

Identify and investigate attendance issues

Contact parents/guardians regarding absences

Maintain accurate attendance documentation
