As a School Liaison & Marketing Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in building strong connections with local schools, colleges, and sixth forms - creating exciting events and promotions to support student recruitment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Forge strong relationships with schools, colleges, and sixth forms, offering guidance and advice
• Be a brand ambassador - representing the organisation’s values to students, parents, and educators
• Develop tailored communications to engage schools at key times in the academic year
• Plan and lead impactful engagement events such info evenings, careers fairs, taster days, and assemblies
• Deliver presentations to captivate and inform students about their opportunities
• Support high-profile events - open days, apprenticeship awards, parent evenings, and festivals
• Collaborate with internal teams to create dynamic materials and marketing strategies
• Leverage social media and digital platforms for innovative outreach (ensuring GDPR compliance)
• Monitor and evaluate success, refining strategies for greater engagement
I am searching for a dedicated professional with:
• Experience in liaison, marketing, or event management
• Confidence in public speaking and presentation delivery
• Strong organisational skills & ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively
• Proficiency in IT & digital marketing tools
• A friendly, approachable nature with a passion for student engagement
• Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (travel between sites required)
• An enhanced DBS check is required before starting this role.
