Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Secondary School in Crawley who are looking to recruit a Science Teacher. You will be teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school.

The Position based in Crawley, is a full time, long term contract. The right candidate plays a key role in inspiring students to explore biology, chemistry, and physics through engaging lessons and hands-on experiments. They follow the UK national curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will:
Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
Relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS(Desirable)
Experience delivering the UK national curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage students of varying abilities
Current valid DBS (On the update Service) or the willingness to obtain one
Creative teaching approach, encouraging hands-on learning
