Astro Education are looking to recruit 2 Teachers of Science join a "GOOD" Secondary School in South Staffordshire. Starting in September the role will involve teaching to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Opportunity
Astro Education is looking for a qualified and experienced Science Teacher for a secondary school in South Staffordshire. The role involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 and 4 the Science curriculum, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the academic year, focusing on raising student attainment and supporting them to reach their full potential. This role will be appointed on a permanent basis and all applicants who hold QTS , including ECT's will be considered.
Required Experience:
* Experienced teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 Students (or similar environment).
* Hold QTS or equivalent.
* Be flexible, patient and adaptable
* Be able to communicate effectively within a team
* Will to take on full teaching responsibilities.
* Open to/ or have experience of working with a variety of SEN.
* Be able to work core school hours.
