Science Technician - SEN School - Tunbridge Wells

An inclusive and supportive SEN school in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Technician to join their team as soon as possible.
🧪 About the Role:
You will play a role in supporting science for students with a range of special educational needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll help prepare and maintain equipment and materials for engaging and safe science lessons across all key stages.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and setting up equipment for practical science lessons
Supporting classroom demonstrations and activities
Maintaining lab cleanliness and safety in line with health and safety guidelines
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Assisting in adapting experiments to suit individual learning needs
Supporting staff and students during practical sessions as needed🎓 About You:
Previous experience in a science technician or lab support role is desirable
An understanding of or willingness to learn about working in a SEN environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive and flexible attitude
Science-related qualifications or relevant experience preferred🏫 About the School:
