Salary: £150 - £220 per day (depending on experience)

A forward-thinking secondary school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming school in Sunderland. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess, track, and support student progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Take part in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of teacher training.
Subject specialism in any core or foundation subject at secondary level.
A genuine passion for education and inspiring young people.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to professional growth and collaboration with colleagues.
A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
