Tradewind Recruitment are seeking Cover Supervisors in St. Helens to support local secondary schools!
As the academic year progresses the demand for Cover Supervisors in St. Helens is increasing and we are getting busier for daily supply/cover. We are actively seeking individuals who are interested in working within a school setting and are keen to gain experience managing a classroom.
As a cover supervisor with Tradewind you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, be offered exceptional pay rates through PAYE and given free access to the National College for over 2000+ CPD courses!
We also offer an in house Cover Supervisor Course to refresh your knowledge of the classroom.
The roles and responsibilities -
Classroom Management - Ensuring pupils are engaged and following the school rules.
Lesson Delivery - Using pre-planned lesson plans from the Cover Manager and supervise the pupils to complete the work.
Support pupils - Offering support with the work and ensuring any needs are met.
Feedback - Ensuring feedback is provided to the teachers and students.To be considered for this role, we will need -
Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
