Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher - Braintree

Excellent Secondary Schools in Braintree are working closely with us at Vision for Education, where we reccommend Supply Teachers to help with staffing gaps at the school.
Salary:
£130 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students in various subject areas
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective lessons
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in Education or relevant subject area
Education:
UK QTS or QTLS
Experience:
Prior experience teaching or training within a Secondary School setting is essential
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
Classroom-based teaching with some administrative duties
