Based in central Bmth, where parking is heavily subsidised, you will be joining a progressive and growing practice who has been established for a long time and who have a fantastic reputation. The successful Secretary/PA will provide support to fee earners and partners who are focused on providing a very high-quality service to their clients. The successful candidate will be IT literate, will be able to manage a varied workload to include secretarial assistance, answering calls, filing, typing (inc audio), document production, file and diary management and general office administration. There is scope for the Secretary/PA to have a really positive within the firm. You will have strong secretarial/PA or senior administration experience ideally from within a professional services environment. * Experience of liaising with clients, on the phone and on email. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate, together with the ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft software packages, including the production and editing of various forms of documentation. * Experience using modern document management systems. There is a strong team ethic within the firm and as such you must be prepared to work within a professional services environment. Professionalism, great communication and strong Secretarial/PA or strong administration skills and experience are essential.
