Smile Education is delighted to be supporting Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in their search for a Full time Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team in a Primary SEN setting.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 support to students with a variety of SEND needs
Work closely with the teaching staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Opportunity to increase working days through day-to-day absence cover
Regular Opportunities to support in other age groups within the school

Successful Candidate:
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 in Childcare or Education. Unqualified will not be considered for this role
Strong knowledge and understanding of Special Needs.
Able to work independently on a 1:1 basis when required
Recent experience of working within a similar role
Must be able to provide references covering the past 2 years and commenting on interactions with children
Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to apply for a new one through Smile
