Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher
Location: Crawley
Pay: Paid to scale + SEN allowance

Masterclass are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing individualised education plans for primary school students with special educational needs. This role is crucial in helping students achieve their full potential and promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
* Provide direct instruction to students in small groups or one-on-one settings, using a variety of teaching methods to engage and support learning.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to coordinate support for SEN students.
* Collaborate with external specialists and therapists to integrate additional support services as needed.
Must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Experience working with Primary students with a range of SEN is desired however not essential.
* Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
* Commitment to inclusive education and supporting the diverse needs of all students.
* Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
* A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
* Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
