About the Role As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and age groups. Responsibilities include: Support teachers in delivering lessons and implementing learning activities. Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs. Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the educational needs of students. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
