SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - September Start - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This school specialises in supporting students with a diverse range of needs, providing a safe and vibrant learning community with smaller classrooms to ensure learner engagement.
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant looking to make a real impact in the lives of students with a diverse range of needs? We are seeking an inspirational Teacher Assistant to join a well-resourced and supportive special school in West London.
The Role:
Assist Teacher with engaging, sensory-based lessons tailored to the needs of SLD students.
Use assistive technology, communication aids, and multi-sensory approaches to enhance learning.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the physical, sensory, and cognitive needs of students.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
Experience assisting students with ASD, SLD, MLD, complex needs, or severe disabilities.
Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, sensory learning strategies, and assistive technology (desirable).
A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching support.
A strong commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.Any health care assistant experience is suited to be able to assist with personal care.
