SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - September Start - Temp to Perm
Are you a committed and resilient individual with a passion for working with children?
We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school are dedicated to supporting young autistic individuals by working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and ensuring a vibrant and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Adapt teaching support to meet the needs to each individual
Understand how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assist across Key Stage 3 and 4Personal Attributes:
