SEN Teacher Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher eager to empower students with special educational needs? About the Role: • Teach and support students across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 with a range of special educational needs. • Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning needs. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. • Collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, and SEN specialists. • Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. What We’re Looking For: • A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
