Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London) + SEN Allowance

We are working with a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Croydon that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team. The role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have a genuine passion for working within special education.

The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ EHCPs
Collaborate with TAs and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment
Assess progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals
Play a key role in promoting emotional regulation, communication, and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or is on track to gain QTS (ECTs encouraged to apply)
Has experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEND (in any capacity)
Is patient, creative, and enthusiastic with a team-player attitude
Committed to inclusive education and personalised learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
