A well-respected and specialist SEN school in Cheltenham is seeking a patient, nurturing, and experienced SEN Teacher for an April start. This inclusive and well-resourced school caters to students with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
The school is known for its strong multidisciplinary approach, with teachers, therapists, and support staff working closely to provide an individualised and holistic learning experience for each pupil. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in SEN settings and an adaptable, child-centred teaching style. Candidates must hold QTS and ideally have additional training or experience in SEN-specific approaches such as PECS, TEACCH, or Makaton. A current enhanced DBS is required.
