Job Description
A progressive and inclusive secondary school in Reading is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join its specialist provision team from September 2025. As an SEN Teacher, you’ll:

Deliver targeted lessons to students with EHCPs and additional learning needs

Adapt curriculum content for accessibility across KS3 and KS4
*
Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and the wider pastoral team
*
Play an active role in annual reviews, progress meetings, and transition support
Professional support includes:

Weekly coaching from the SENCo and SEND Lead Practitioner

Collaborative planning with a multidisciplinary team

What we’re looking for:

QTS and experience working with students with SEN (or strong placements)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
