SEN Teacher – Secondary School – Farnborough
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPR/UPR + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
GSL Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Farnborough to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.

The Role:
We are looking for an inspiring and motivated SEN Teacher who is committed to supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASC, and MLD. The successful candidate will teach small groups of students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning that encourages academic progress and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver differentiated and inclusive lessons to students with a variety of SEN needs
Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and wider school team
Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions
Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS
Have proven experience working with students with special educational needs
Demonstrate a passion for inclusive education and student development
Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Be committed to long-term impact and professional growth
