In This Role You Will:

Monitor student progress and contribute to annual reviews and parent meetings
*
Foster a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes growth and engagement
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
*
Qualified Teacher Status and experience working in a SEN or inclusive setting
*
A compassionate and patient approach to behaviour and communication
*
Experience with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD is highly desirable
*
Excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset
*
An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
