💰 Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + potential SEN allowance

Work closely with the SENCO and other staff to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Track pupil progress using formative and summative assessments
Collaborate with external agencies and parents to ensure well-rounded support
Foster a nurturing, safe classroom environment that promotes confidence and independenceCandidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
Proven experience teaching children with SEN, preferably within a primary setting
Strong understanding of inclusive practices and adaptive teaching strategies
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching
