Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) + SEN Allowance
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a well-resourced special educational needs school in Slough. This role involves teaching students aged 11–16 with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student development.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASC and SEMH.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
