The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
Working alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
Creating a safe, structured, and motivating environment.
Encouraging pupil independence, progress, and self-confidence.
Regularly assessing and adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience working in an SEN setting (primary preferred)
A calm, patient, and adaptive approach to teaching
A strong understanding of inclusive, pupil-centred strategies
Passion for helping every child succeed, both academically and personally
