Job Description
GSL Education are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for a school based in Hook. This is a vibrant Primary school for children who experience social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. This role is for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience in a school environment or working closely with various SEN needs.
Job role:
Working alongside an experienced teacher to support the needs of all students.
Fostering a safe and secure learning environment.
Working with small groups of pupils or working on a 1:1 basis.
Helping the teacher assess the student’s outcomes.
The ideal candidate would have:
Adequate References
Valid up to date DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
Previous experience in SEN schools is ideal
Organised and efficient
Influential and driven

Location – Hook

Contract type – Temp to Perm
Hourly rate -£82.10 to £104.16 per day
To work with GSL Education as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you should:
Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
