Teach Now is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with a specialism in managing challenging behaviours for a full-time, permanent position in Camden, London. About You: • You have experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours, ideally within a primary school setting (Key Stage 1 and 2). • You are calm, patient, and confident in using de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement strategies. • You can build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them feel safe, understood, and motivated to learn. • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential. • A background in SEN education, behaviour management, or related training is highly desirable.
