Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to support students with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic secondary school in Brent and provide essential support to pupils across KS3 and KS4. Education and training provided.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent, you will work closely with students who have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent you will work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies.
Offer pastoral and academic support, ensuring pupils feel encouraged and confident in their abilities.
Assist with differentiated learning activities to meet students' individual needs.
Full education and training provided. Requirements:
Passion for supporting students with SEN.
Previous experience in a school setting or working with children with additional needs is desirable.
