Responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Monitor and track student progress.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.What You Need to Be a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility and creativity in adapting to the diverse needs of students.
