Psychology Graduates – Support Children’s Wellbeing & Learning in Schools
Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for child development, mental health, or education? Do you want to gain hands-on experience working with children in a school-based environment?
At Teaching Personnel, we’re partnering with schools that are looking for compassionate, motivated Psychology graduates to support pupils' wellbeing, learning, and behaviour. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates considering careers in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, counselling, or social work. This role will be based in a school to start in September 2025.
Your Role:
Provide support to individual students or small groups with social, emotional, or learning needs
Assist teachers in creating inclusive and supportive classroom environments
Help deliver interventions like emotional regulation, social skills, and literacy support
Build positive, trusting relationships with both children and staff
Observe and understand pupil behaviour and developmental progress
We’re Looking For:
A degree in Psychology or a closely related field
Compassion, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication skills with both children and adults
A genuine desire to make a positive impact on young lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
