About the Role:
SEN Teaching Assistant:
You’ll be supporting a delightful Year 1 pupil with complex needs, including autism, ADHD and behavioural challenges. This is a full-time, permanent post with the option to start either immediately or in September 2025.
Your role will include:
• Providing 1:1 tailored support to a child with specific SEN needs
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and external specialists to develop and implement support plans
• Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Supporting the child’s social, emotional and academic development in and outside of the classroom
Who We’re Looking For: SEN Teaching Assistant:
We welcome applications from experienced SEN TAs, those with a relevant qualification, or individuals with strong SEN experience from other settings.
