About the role:
* Teaching Assistant supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored support and interventions.
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage in learning and reach their potential.
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working within an SEN setting or with pupils with additional needs.
