Your Role: SEN Teaching Assistant: As an SEN TA with SEMH specialism, you will: • Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEMH needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Assist in developing and implementing behaviour management strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support. • Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where students can thrive • Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation through tailored interventions.
