About the Role:
You’ll be supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs. Your role will include:

One-to-one and small group support
*
Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
*
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
*
Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Ideal Candidate:
*
Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)
*
Calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
A positive and proactive attitude
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Autism Awareness) – desirable but not essential
