About the SEN TA Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional secondary school located in Decorum, Hertfordshire. This part-time, temporary role involves working in a specialised Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit with a small group of 15 students. You will collaborate closely with a highly trained SEN Teacher and a supportive team of SEN staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN are desirable but not essential.
