About the SEN TA Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant – ASD Specialist, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Your role will involve:
• Implementing tailored strategies to support students’ individual needs.
• Assisting with communication, social interaction, and behavioral management.
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver personalized learning plans.
• Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive outcomes.
This is a permanent, full-time position starting on 1st September 2025. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, reflecting the school’s commitment to hiring passionate and skilled professionals.
What We’re Looking For: SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience in SEN.
• Knowledge of communication strategies and behavioural management techniques.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children’s development.
