The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their full potential. • Implement tailored strategies to support students’ emotional well-being, social development, and academic progress. • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and deliver individualised support plans. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes self-esteem and confidence in students. • Act as a mentor and role model, helping students build resilience and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
