SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a nurturing, patient and emotionally intelligent professional looking to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? If so, Teach Now is working with a highly inclusive and compassionate primary school in Enfield seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in SEMH to join their team from September 2025. The leadership team has embedded a whole-school trauma-informed approach and prioritises staff and pupil mental health as central to success. About the Role You will work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2 who experience emotional or behavioural difficulties that act as barriers to their learning. Whether it’s supporting with emotional regulation, building social skills, or helping children re-engage with learning, your work will be life-changing.
