About the Role:
Teach Now is seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Colindale. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity ideal for a passionate individual who thrives in a nurturing educational environment and has a strong commitment to supporting pupils with SEN.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to provide tailored interventions and one-on-one support. You will play a crucial role in developing students’ confidence, self-esteem, and emotional resilience, particularly those with SEMH needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Applicants Should:
• Have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEMH needs

• Be confident in supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across KS1 and KS2
• Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
• Be enthusiastic about helping every child reach their full potential
