SEN Tutor based in Sutton- Part Time/Full time - £25-£35per hour
Remedy Education are looking for Secondary Tutors to work 1:1 with students with SEN, you will be teaching the students core subjects.
SEN experience needed: You will work privately or through the local authorities on a 1: 1 basis to make a difference to children with SEN including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other additional needs.
To be a SEN Tutor you will need:
QTS/PGCE or at least 2 years experience teaching and assessing in primary or secondary schools
At least 2 years' experience working with SEN special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, ADD,
A proven record of being able to heighten pupil's confidence, self-esteem and love of learning
100% passion for education, commitment, reliability and honesty
To creatively apply differentiated techniques to planning and teaching
Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Incredible patience
An excellent knowledge of different learning styles and how to use these
The ability to deal with possible behaviour issues
