Job Description

Are you a passionate tutor or teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? With a growing demand for high-quality tuition, TP Tutors is looking for dedicated educators to provide personalised support to students of all ages. Whether you have experience in 1:1 tutoring, small group interventions, or classroom teaching, we’d love to hear from you! As a tutor, you have the power to transform their education experience by: Providing tailored learning strategies to suit their individual needs Boosting confidence across subjects Helping students prepare for exams with focused sessions Supporting learners in building strong educational foundations Creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment Responsibilities: Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively Making Safeguarding a priority Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition What we are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent Experience with primary or secondary-aged children Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience Understanding & Experience withing Special Educational Needs (SEN) Have experience in 1:1 tuition Are skilled at managing challenging behaviours What’s in it for you: A dedicated Specialist Recruitment Consultant to support you Competitive pay up to £25-30 per hour (PAYE), paid weekly Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle Full-time or part-time availability Access to our CPD Academy for ongoing professional development Pension Scheme Local, regular work All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
