Job Description
A respected and inclusive SEN school in Bournemouth is seeking a skilled and compassionate SENCO to lead its provision for students with a wide range of additional needs. In This Role You Will:

Monitor and report on SEND outcomes and statutory compliance
*
Promote an inclusive ethos across the school through policy and day-to-day leadership
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

NASENCO qualification or willingness to complete it
*
Experience working in SEN or specialist settings, ideally in a leadership capacity
*
Deep knowledge of SEND legislation, interventions, and whole-school strategy
*
Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
*
