Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
An outstanding and inclusive secondary school in Slough is looking to appoint an experienced SENCO to lead their well-established SEND provision. The school places a strong focus on supporting every learner, and this role is key in maintaining that vision.
You will manage EHCPs, lead a dedicated team of support staff, and coordinate provision for students with additional needs across all year groups. You’ll also collaborate with parents, external agencies and leadership to ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching and support.
