An outstanding SEN school in Poole is seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead and support their SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nurturing and inclusive school environment committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in strategic SEND planning, staff training, EHCP management, and pupil progress tracking, while also maintaining a warm and approachable presence for families and external agencies.
