Simply Education is working in partnership with a forward-thinking specialist autism school in Lambeth to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. The school supports students aged 11-19 with autism and is based in a purpose-built facility, offering excellent resources and a highly supportive environment.

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, accessible English lessons tailored to the needs of autistic learners
Foster a safe, structured and supportive classroom environment
Contribute to the wider aims and ethos of the school, supporting pupils' independence and life skills
Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team to provide individualised learning experiences
Demonstrate high standards of teaching, behaviour management and inclusivityWho We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English, ideally with an understanding of autism or SEN
A creative, patient and resilient approach to education
