SEND Primary School Teaching Assistant – Chichester
Location: Chichester (Accessible via bus and train)
Hours: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Pay: £89 per day (PAYE, inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

Our wonderful SEND primary school in Chichester is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children with a variety of complex needs in small, nurturing classes. Every class is different, but all require compassionate, resilient, and proactive staff. You’ll be working closely with a class teacher and other support staff to deliver personalised care and meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Support children with a range of complex needs, including behavioural challenges.

Assist with personal care tasks where needed.
*
Help manage classroom behaviour and implement effective strategies.
*
Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
*
Contribute to creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
