Pay £85 - £104 Empowering Learning are currently recruiting SEND Support Staff to work with pupils with Learning Difficulties in Enfield. We are seeking staff with a background of supporting children or adults with Complex Needs, Autism, ADHD, SEMH or Learning Difficulties.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards the pupils but also remain resilient and patient under difficult scenarios. The school would like positive and versatile SEND Staff, with a keen interest in supporting pupils of different learning levels.
Job Responsibilities
Work with groups or 1:1 support within the classroom
Supporting pupils with Complex Needs, Autism, SEMH & Learning Difficulties
Supervising & managing pupils behaviour
Encourage, engage and support pupils with their learning & development
Support with personal care e.g. toileting & feedingJob Requirements
Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Willing to support children with learning difficulties and disabilities
Previous experience supporting individuals with SEND
Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be prepared to apply for a new DBSBenefits to you
