Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant Needed | Warrington | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? A fantastic SEN school in Warrington is looking for someone just like you to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis-starting straight away.
About the Role:
Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities.
Assist in implementing individual learning plans and encouraging student independence.
Work closely with class teachers and specialists to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to classroom activities and help manage behaviour in a positive and effective way.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an SEN TA role or similar within a school setting.
Strong knowledge of special educational needs and the strategies to support them effectively.
A calm, patient, and empathetic attitude with a proactive mindset.
Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.What You'll Gain:
