We are recruiting on behalf of a nurturing and inclusive environment dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and engage in learning activities. Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils. Support pupils with physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, ensuring their safety and well-being. Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the development of social skills and self-confidence. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support for pupils.Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications in supporting teaching and learning (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools). Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
