A Senior 3rd line Support Engineer is required to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues whilst optimising systems performance in an industrial / manufacturing environment located in Leeds.

Description
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
Optimise systems for maximum speed and scalability.
Perform system administration tasks in a diverse IT environment.
Coordinate with the Technology team to design and execute infrastructure changes.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure IT needs are met.
Proactively stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements.
Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Senior 3rd line Support Engineer should have:
A degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in system troubleshooting and tech support.
Solid understanding of software and hardware systems.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Job Offer
A salary package around £50,000 + Bens
Long Service Holidays - 1 day for each completed year of service up to 5 additional days.
