£60,000 - £95,000 DOE

The Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping the product and mentoring other developers, all while working closely with teams across the organisation.
This is a high-impact role suited to those who enjoy leading from the front - technically, strategically, and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Lead development across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Mentor team members
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define architecture and technical direction.
Champion best practices in software design, testing, and maintenance.
Own technical decisions and deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
Develop deep expertise in one or more areas of the tech stack and support others in those areas.Requirements
3+ years of hands-on industry experience, including leading end-to-end technical projects.
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1
Proven track record of solving complex problems with well-designed, scalable systems.
Strong experience with backend technologies such as:
Node.js
PostgreSQL
Redis
Elasticsearch
Exposure to Python, Java, or modern frontend frameworks is a bonus.
